What Is Leadership?

There are many pieces of literature that talk, explain, define and itemize #leadership. “What makes up a leader” is a question that can lead to too much debate as we assess, breakdown and scrutinize the #leaders who have risen to the occasion and those who haven't.

As I've witnessed leaders who have had #success and who haven't, the most consistent and key element in my eyes is #impact. Big or small it doesn't matter. If you are able to make a difference in someone's life in a meaningful and purposeful way you are a leader.
