What Leaders Know

Mel Gravely had the fantastic chance to present What Leaders Know at the South Carolina Community Action Partnership and South Carolina State Head Start Association conference this April. Participants in this conference develop a compelling structure for strong staff, boards and parent leaders. This training gave each participant insight into passionate leadership techniques within program design and management. The focus of What Leaders Know included: staff development, board reinforcement and supporting goals and objectives of the programs.
