What About Leader’s Feelings?

We always think that leaders should think and act correctly.

In our opinion, leaders should be impeccable.

We often forget that leaders are human beings just like everyone else.

First of all, there is a rule we should remember;

Leaders are human too.

They have a job, family and friendships just like everyone else.

There are many issues for leaders that need to be dealt with outside of work and are waiting for a solution.

Because leaders are human too, they may have problems with their spouses, children, social friends and many other situations.

Leaders may face many difficult situations that you do not know and are waiting for a solution.

In general, leaders are always blamed.

But in this sense, I think it is necessary to empathize with the leaders.

Leaders also need teams with high empathy.

Good teams also need to empathize with their leader.

It needs to be recognized by everyone that leaders deal with difficult situations.

If team members accept the possibility that their leader is dealing with difficult situations and understand their leaders, the leader will embrace their teammates with love.
