What kind of people should you hire ?? Skilled or Motivated ??

Great companies don't hire skilled people and motivate them. People are either motivated or they are not. Unless you give motivated people something to believe in something bigger than their job to work towards, they will motivate themselves to find a new job and you will be left with whoever's left.
So hire Motivated people and Inspire them !! Give them a reason bigger than their jobs.... Motivation is external... it may end... inspiration is internal... it will be there..... Skills can be acquired easily....
