What kind of Coach are you?

There are two kinds of Coaches.

There's this individual.

The one who points the finger. Yells and screams. Expects results when they provided zero guidance.

Then there's this one...

This is the coach that will enter the trenches with the team.

Will ensure the team gets from point A to point B together.

Will do everything in their power to assist in finding solutions.

Be like the Coach bus ;)
