What is The Key To Success In Podcasting?

I personally believe that the key is surrounding yourself with people who believe in and support your dreams. Sometimes we feel defeated and you need those folks to rally around you to recharge your battery. Those are the folks that provide the motivation to keep on keeping on. They let you know that what you are doing is not in vain. We have all been there with thoughts of self doubt and ready to give up. We get too focused on the right now and miss out on the big picture. We get caught up in the numbers instead of remembering why we started this journey in the first place. Was it for fame or recognition? More than likely it was because you had a message to spread that you felt could help someone in some particular way. I bet you've accomplished that more than you know. There are people out there that you have touched with your message that you will never know about. I personally have learned that the people you are meant to inspire with your message will be there. Stay the course and remember we started this journey because we wanting to have fun with it.
