And then what?
Every day, for years, Wanjiku, would sit at her desk with a pencil and paper and let her imagination run wild. She drew fantastical creatures and places that existed only in her mind, and she loved every moment of it.
One day, while Wanjiku was drawing, she heard a knock at her door. She opened it to find a mysterious stranger standing on her doorstep.
"Hello, Wanjiku," said the stranger. "I've come to take you on a journey."
Wanjiku was intrigued. She had never met this person before, but there was something about him that made her trust him. She grabbed her drawing pad and pencil and followed the stranger out the door.
Wait…Who follows a stranger blindly with no questions asked? That was Wanjiku for you…
They walked for hours through a dense forest until they came to a clearing. In the centre of the clearing was a large, ornate door that seemed to glow with a soft light.
The stranger turned to Wanjiku and said, "Beyond this door lies a world of endless possibilities. Are you ready to see what's on the other side?"
Wanjiku nodded eagerly, and the stranger opened the door.
Too cliche, right? Let’s just follow through with the story.

On the other side was a magical world filled with colours and shapes that Wanjiku had never seen before. There were talking animals and enchanted forests, castles made of clouds and mountains made of ice.
Wanjiku was awestruck. She couldn't believe what she was seeing. She took out her drawing pad and pencil and began to sketch everything around her, capturing the magic of the world on paper.
As she drew, the world around her seemed to come alive. The creatures she had drawn on paper appeared before her eyes, and the landscapes she had created became real.
Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months as Wanjiku explored this magical world. Every day she drew and created, bringing new wonders to life.
But eventually, Wanjiku knew it was time to return home. She had seen and experienced so much, but she missed her loved ones and her own world.
She said goodbye to the stranger who had brought her on this incredible journey and stepped back through the glowing door.
When she returned to her own world, she was different. She had seen things that no one else had seen, and she had created things that no one else could create.
From that day on, Wanjiku continued to draw and create. And every time she put pencil to paper, she remembered the magical world she had visited and wondered, "And then what?" because she knew that the possibilities were endless as well as her value system and what really mattered to her... Her loved ones and home.
