It’s no secret that employer branding is the new kid on the block. Traditionally, we’ve? dwelled in the shadow of the commercial brand — but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t hold ourselves to the same standards as our consumer cousins.?

We both fix problems. We use insights to a chart a course, and get our creative to take us to our destination in the most interesting and memorable fashion. We operate on mostly the same platform. Where they track sales, we track clicks and hires.
