What a journey - Time to move on

 Marry Chrismass and Happy New Year. Thanks for a fantastic journey over the past years, we together have made incredible changes for Kamstrup.

I would like to thank all of you who have supported Kamstrup and me over the last 8 years.

let me give you some of the many highlights. We have doubled the overall business revenue and nearly tripled the volume of meter production. We have become the best workplace with year-on-year improvements in the employee satisfaction surveys - which also got awarded by the Danish Union 3F as Kamstrup won the award for the best workplace in Denmark. We have reduced direct labour costs to nearly half, and continued year-on-year improvements in first-pass yields and cost of poor quality. We have built a modern and scalable Supply Chain that can benchmark itself with the best, along with also building and starting two new factories in the US and in Denmark. We have implemented a new ERP system and introduced hundreds of new products to our portfolio. Let me be honest and say that I am extremely proud of all these big achievements.

My time in Kamstrup also offered me the role to further develop partnerships globally, primarily in Africa and the Middle East. All this could only be done by teamwork across the whole value chain in both good and hard times. I really appreciate the dialogs and the many discussions, negotiations, and deals that we have made together over the last many years. Thanks a lot.

I will be starting on the 1st of January as CEO of the eltwin group part of the NIBE family. Where will be helping our customers withs smart power eletronics in the green transion.
