What a Journey, Embraer <3

What a journey, Embraer. I learned with you and you learned with me. Pretty good deal.

You showed me how to dream high, fly away. We went far and traveled a lot together. You showed me places, people and a world that I will never meet by myself. 

I was always amazed by the fact you were also born in Brazil. By your journey of make the impossible possible and challenging everyone and yourself. 

There is such a beauty in engineering, you showed me that. I learned how to appreciate iron shapes, to think aerodynamics is beautiful. And how graceful is listen to an engineering discussion about any aircraft stuff, the different philosophies and point of view, lively discussions that turns into new knowledge. 

Yeah, you opened my eyes for so many things. I hope I opened a little bit your heart. About how to make this beautiful tech machine work for people, for human. I hope you are now more curious to meet people that is different from what you are used to. I think it's possible and it's where the future lives.

I thank every single learning, even the tough ones. And for all the people I had the opportunity to meet, passioned and creative fire holders. It's so beautiful to see it in your eyes through the eyes of people who believe on you, who see more 50 years ahead.

é Embraer, foi uma jornada e tanto. Eu aprendi com você e você comigo. Troca das boas.

Você me ensinou a sonhar alto, voar longe. E bem longe, rodamos um tanto juntas. Você me apresentou lugares, pessoas e mundos que sozinha eu n?o encontraria.

O fato de você também ter nascido no Brasil sempre me encantou...toda essa sua história de realizar o impossível e desafiar a todos e a si mesma. 

E n?o é que existe uma arte incrível na engenharia? Aprendi a apreciar formas de a?o a achar aerodinamica uma coisa t?o bela. E que gra?a tem em ver conversa de engenheiros sobre qualquer parte de avi?o, as vertentes diferentes, perspectivas... discuss?es acaloradas que geram conhecimento novo. 

é, você abriu meu olhos pra tanta coisa. E espero ter mexido um tanto com o seu cora??o. Sobre colocar toda essa lindeza da tecnologia a servi?o de pessoas, do humano. Espero que você seja mais aberta para conhecer pessoas diferentes das que está acostumada. Acho que super rola e aí que está o futuro. 

Eu agrade?o todos os aprendizados, até os mais duros. E por todas as pessoas que conheci, apaixonadas e portadoras do fogo da cria??o. é lindo de ver isso no olhar seu, através do olhar de cada pessoa que acredita, que vê mais 50 anos pela frente.
