What I've learned at Harvard...

My goodbye is a welcome to a new life, new challenges and new friends 

I rose this morning knowing that being authentic is the only way to be real

I start my journey to the airport knowing that Trust is a treasure, Trust builds relationships, builds value and bonds people together

I jumped into my taxi knowing that being humble is powerful, being humble makes me better, with humility comes wisdom

As I am starting my journey I am more curious, I cherish the unfamiliar, I enjoy novelty and in a certain way, I feel a rebel

As I walk into the gate, I am thinking about my family, my wife, my kids. A single word comes to my mind: Presence. Go home, Be there, Be grateful

Monday will be my first day getting back to an old place but with a new perspective. Now I understand that company means Together. We are all together. Same purpose, same journey, same destiny

Now I know that Everything is about people, and it is about how I help others to make better decisions. Always be honest and bring compassion in your words

Seven weeks have passed, and I remember that our friendships started around a table with eight guys saying; “We will build trust by creating lasting bonds through open and constructive feedback among team members to drive our transformation as a team and for each one as an individual. We recognize the collective value of our team, by building a truly complementary understanding and acceptance of our individual strengths while having fun in the process”

Now we don’t need to use many words to tell each other anything because we understand each other, we support each other, we care about each other

True friends never say goodbye to each other. They just take extended leaves from each other. Keep in touch my friends.
