This book may be controversial however I believe it is vitally important we have these conversations. It is American centric, however much of what she talks about is happening in Australia or on its way.

Audiobook: We’ve got Issues: How you can stand strong for America’s Soul and Sanity by Dr Phil McGraw
I love that Dr Phil is standing up for sanity in a crazy world. Although this is based on the situation in America, much of it relates to Australia so it is still really relatable. I think western countries like the USA, Australia and the UK are going through an identity crisis. We are under attack by extremists at the fringes who put ideology before sanity and stoke division for their own gain....
?This is a great read.
