I have also created a printable toolkit for those in the midst of interview preparations. This contains 21 frequently asked questions that are used to assess candidates on what I call the HEPLASH Framework( Hunger, Energy, Potential, Long Term Orientation, Attitude, Soft and Hard Skills). The guide is equally useful, if you are looking to hire someone and just wish to ask the right questions.
