What is the internet for? Cute kittens, or Anarchy and Disruption? Choose kittens.

Time for my latest Blog. So it is time therefore for me to tear myself away from Twitter and the endless searching for pictures of, in my case, puppies.

Ahhh, cuties.

That is what the internet is for surely? Find photos of dogs, to send to your friends.

Well, not so much if you are a trouble-maker, fantasist, nutcase or evil criminal obviously. These people are spreading the word in other ways.

What about this chap? Link Here

Bloke in Australia telling you nonsense. But click on the links. You can go down a rabbit hole of nonsense words, nonsense Statutes, nonsense videos.

Here’s a Link to a pdf. Link Here Crikey it’s the same bloke. In Florida is he? Who knows. Apparently you have to learn “Quantum Grammar” and then you can slip out of liability for any debts.

Quantum whatsit? Here you go Link Here ?

OK, got that? So pay your money to these guys and off you go – Link Here

But oh no, the very same Bloke (now deceased, see link here) turns up in the court judgment in Connecticut Link here being told that his ideas are “a sham and no more than a product of fertile imagination,“ In other words, a load of bollards as Ronnie Barker might have put it.

OK so what? It’s fun laughing at the nutters? Maybe, if they are in the tiny minority. But this sort of stuff speaks to the gullible, and it does seem to be on the rise.

“Pseudo-law” refers to a body of claims, arguments, and practices that appear to be legal but lack any legitimate foundation in law. These pseudo-legal concepts often use complex-sounding language and legal terminology to appear authoritative, yet they are rooted in misinterpretations, distortions, or complete fabrications of actual law. Typically, pseudo-law is created and spread by individuals or groups attempting to bypass established legal norms and procedures, often with an anti-government or anti-establishment focus.

There is a recognisable form of “pseudo law “ in just about every country now. Here is a link to an academic study of it (you need to scroll down) Link Here

It’s not a game is it. If you didn’t get to the end, it spells out specific consequences of belief in all this gobbledegook for example:-

Sovereign Citizens and Child Protective Services (CPS) is inherently antagonistic (Hines, 2021). A number of high-profile CPS cases indicate that QAnon adherents are increasingly adopting sovereign citizen tactics in an effort to regain custody of their children. Conspiracy-oriented activists target CPS agencies with the false claim that instead of helping children, they are killing them, and selling their blood and harvested organs. In “Sovereign Citizens, QAnon, and Child Protective Services (CPS): Exploring the Overlaps,” Christine Sarteschi examines the ways in which the two ideologies intersect in child custody disputes. Violence, or its threat, often accompanies these encounters. In at least one instance, this strategy has resulted in death.

Here’s one – Link Here Mother wants her daughter back so she can continue to inject her in respect of diseases she doesn’t have, as advised by her “Spirit Warrior” ?So, she claims that the Court doesn’t legally exist.?

Google around to see

1. Sovereign Citizen Arguments

2. “Freeman on the Land” Ideology

3. Use of “Natural Law” and “Common Law” as Justification

4. Refusal to Recognize Jurisdiction

5. Misinterpretation of Maritime or Admiralty Law

6. Use of Special Language or Symbols to Avoid Legal Consequences

Pseudo-law fails when it comes to the crunch because it is not based on legitimate legal principles or recognized precedents. Legal systems operate under established rules of interpretation and statutory authority, which courts and lawmakers uphold. Attempts to avoid the law using pseudo-legal arguments are routinely dismissed by judges and can lead to serious consequences, including contempt of court charges and financial penalties. But the damage is the wasting of time, the blocking of courts, the fomenting of rage. When gullible people find that the nonsense legal arguments they has paid money for are thrown out of court, they blame the court.

They used to say in England when bad stuff happened abroad “it could never happen here”. I don’t think anyone says or believes that now. I think most anything could happen here.

In 2023 a gang turned up at the Coroners Courts in Essex. They intended to kidnap the Coroner.? This was intended to create frontpage news and give them a platform to explain that the Coroners Court has no legal authority. The head of the gang is Mr Mark Kishon Christopher who you may be surprised to hear is the “Chief Judge of England and all Dominions”. No, me neither.

The reason why the Coroners Court doesn’t exist of course is that it doesn’t use “Quantum Grammar”. So the gang formed their own government – and all became “Sheriffs of the Federal Postal Court”

Keep up at the back or you might not follow all this.

I can’t explain all of this better than the court transcript published yesterday as I write. Here it is Link Here

Here is a short clip of the Chief Judge of England and all Dominions in the police cells being interviewed. Link Here

For his role as the leader of a plot based on pseudo-legal ideas to kidnap the Senior Coroner for Essex he has been jailed for seven years, and the three people who helped him for two and a half years each.

Mr Justice James Goss at Chelmsford Crown Court described Mark Kishon Christopher as “intelligent, persuasive, manipulative and dishonest” in his role as “self-appointed leader” of a group which “preys on the vulnerabilities of others, particularly those in financial difficulties”.

Note that this is not funny at all notwithstanding that it has such a happy ending. The group entered the courtroom of area coroner Michelle Brown in April last year, who the judge said, “realised who you were, and was very afraid of what you were going to do”. She asked them several times to leave but they ignored her and kept asking for the Coroner.

Former Crown prosecutor Ms Brown, in a victim personal statement which she read to the court, said she remained “constantly concerned and anxious, suffers from sleep deprivation, does not feel safe in her home or when she goes out, and is hyper vigilant of her surroundings”.

The judge went on: “She has minimised her social activities and gets very withdrawn. There has been a significant impact on her work as a coroner; there was no means of exit from the courtroom or immediate security.

“It was, she said, an offence committed by an organised group and will impact her for the rest of her life.”

The Coroner himself, said in his victim statement that he “underwent trauma therapy, has become hypervigilant, has flashbacks of events at that time and anxiety attacks, was very fearful for his family, regularly has nightmares and disturbed sleep and he fears being attacked”.

Goss J said: “Considerable fear was caused to the victims of all your actions on that day.

“In addition, I regard the fact that the intention to was take the Senior Coroner from his court, if necessary by force and the use of handcuffs in the purported exercise of non-existent powers, and endeavouring to close down a court and thereby undermining lawful authority and the rule of law as a very serious feature of the conspiracy.”

Detective Chief Inspector Nathan Hutchinson of Essex Police added: “Whilst we appreciate freedom of opinion, this group’s ideologies are nothing more than nonsensical intimidation and oppression with no regard for the law.”

I can’t see this sort of malarkey finishing any time soon, and idiots are one thing, but cunning anarchists with handcuffs are quite another.

Please Remember, the internet is for pictures of dogs, nothing more.

Or songs about dogs. Or in this case a song with a Bulldog in the title. Link Here
