Objectives

In the previous issue, I mentioned that by completing the course, you will build a $3k/month business from scratch. But if we look at the bigger picture, my goal is to achieve 3 x 5x:

1. Empowering entrepreneurs like you to avoid common and costly mistakes when launching, launch faster, and NOT give up: increase the number of projects successfully launched by 5x
2. Reduce the time to achieve sustainable profitability by 5x
3. Decrease the failure rate by 5x

All of this will be possible through the creation of an effective roadmap, implementation of automation tools, and mentorship support.

Everything written in the course is applicable to enterprises of any size. However, over 95% of companies start as solopreneurs or with 2-3 founders. That's why the course is focused on how to start your journey as an MSME founder.

Duration

The entire course is designed to span 180 working days. Based on my experience, this is the average time required for the initial setup of a business.

What to expect after 90 days:

1. Sleepless nights.
2. Invest a lot of effort and see modest results. Feeling like you're running in place.
3. Constant mood swings from "Hooray, it's working!" to dark doubts of "Am I wasting my time?"

What to expect after 180 days:

1. Acquire everything you need for your business and launch it: mission, goals, and many other essential aspects you may not even be aware of yet.
2. Build a strong network.
3. Gain confidence and gratitude towards yourself, feeling proud that you found the strength to go through this journey.
4. Establish an initial customer base and start generating profits.
5. Attain years' worth of experience and knowledge that would otherwise be accumulated gradually, saving you time, money, and nerves. Learn to think like an entrepreneur and set and achieve the right goals.

What's currently not included

The course is still in development; it's only a prototype being developed alongside your business. In other words, I'm walking this path with you. The only difference is that it's not my first time on this path. However, this is my first time creating a course.

• Currently, the project has a very limited set of tools and automation. It consists of a minimal dashboard displaying your progress, necessary materials, and extras.
• The first version of the course focuses on solo entrepreneurship, so modules related to "Partnership Agreements" and similar topics are not yet available.
• Modules related to business registration, financial accounting, bookkeeping, etc., will also be added later.
• Over time, other business frameworks, such as Lean, will also be added, with a focus on product development.
