The "what if's" and why should you ignore them

Welcome back to OBA!
I launched One Blast Away a week ago, and, to be honest, I got a lot of encouragement and almost 200 subscribers off the bat, without really marketing it. Great news, right??
My number one thought when that happened??
‘Sh*t, what do I do now? Can I bring real value to all these people? What if this is a massive fail?’?
I think many would relate to that. It’s easier to panic, and doubt yourself, instead of taking a minute to celebrate finally doing the thing. Call it impostor syndrome, call it fear of being irrelevant - more of this last one ?here.
It got me thinking…
Over the last month, I’ve had 3 calls with 3 lovely people who reached out to me on LinkedIn. They wanted some advice on how to get where I am from where they are.?
The one thing they all have in common: The ‘what if’s’
And guess what?
Their fears are very similar to the ones I had 5 years ago, when I left my safety net.?
Now I’ve got new ones (hello, LinkedIn newsletter), but there’s always a new what if, which means we are evolving.
I took a walk down memory lane, and listed some of the ‘what ifs’ that have crossed my mind at some point in my life. I laugh now looking at some, but they were very real at the time:

[...the list goes on]?
If I hadn’t moved past these, I wouldn’t be writing this today.?
I wouldn’t have started the agency.
I wouldn’t have moved across the world.?
I wouldn’t be living this life.?
I would DEFINITELY not be working in the Web3 space.?
BUT…
If I did it, so can you.?
That’s all for today, next week is all about Web3 + Marketing.
See you then.?
