What if I wouldn't have taken that decision..............

You might have encountered this situation many times in your life when you think you are in the wrong place or you have made the wrong choice in your career. "I could have done this or done that." "I would have been at a better place or would have done better than him/her".

We need to believe in ourselves, that all the decisions we have made are good and appropriate as per the situations and conditions at that particular point in time.

We need to understand that every person has a different way of dealing with these situations and facing them. If you made a choice 10 years back, it will surely appear as an immature or hasty decision now, but at that time it was the best possible way to deal with it. You are mature now and more experienced to access the situation with a different perspective. But that perspective has developed due to the outcome of decisions that you made.

Own all your successes and failures, because if we wouldn't have failed how would we know the joy of winning? Stay positive and always be optimistic.
