What I Wish I Knew About Stress 5 Years Ago—And How I Manage It Now

  2. Prioritized Sleep as a Non-Negotiable Sleep isn’t wasted time; it’s a force multiplier. I now protect my 7 hours like it’s a meeting with a top client.
  3. Found Power in Saying NO I used to say yes to everything, thinking it would lead to more opportunities. The truth? Saying no to distractions gave me back control over my time and energy.
  4. Invested in Coaching I tried going it alone for years—only to stay stuck in the same stress cycle. Hiring a coach gave me the accountability and structure I needed. This was key for a lasting change.

So here’s my message to you:


If you’re grinding yourself into the ground, ask yourself—at what cost?


Your health? Your relationships? Your longevity?
