I was blown away by this great article. The opening sentence is a fantastic hook:
"Now that I'm a manager and a founder, I wish I could take what I know and go back in time to be a better employee."
And it all makes perfect sense - but then hindsight is a wonderful thing, isn't it?
So much time is spent teaching leadership, but very little is spent on how to be a good follower.
It goes on to offer 12 things I wish I had known when I was starting out.
I was hooked!
