What I Wish I Had Known Then About Being A Great Employee

What I Wish I Had Known Then About Being A Great Employee

I was blown away by this great article. The opening sentence is a fantastic hook:

"Now that I'm a manager and a founder, I wish I could take what I know and go back in time to be a better employee."

And it all makes perfect sense - but then hindsight is a wonderful thing, isn't it?

So much time is spent teaching leadership, but very little is spent on how to be a good follower.

It goes on to offer 12 things I wish I had known when I was starting out.

I was hooked!

So blown away was I, that I have paraphrased it in this blog and given you the link to the original, uncut version, too!

Will you be as blown away as I was??

Let me know ...
