If you're like most people, you're already too busy. You wish you had more time in your day, but don't know where to start.
If that's the case, then here's the good news: There are only five steps to take to free up your time and make more of it.
The first step is to stop doing all of the things that aren't important. Every minute you spend on unimportant things is a minute that could have been spent on something else.
The second step is to delegate tasks you can't do yourself to someone else who can do them better or faster than you can.
The third step is to automate processes that are repetitive and require little thought or creativity from you. If a computer can do it better than you and faster than you, then let it!
The fourth step is to learn how to say "no" when people ask for help with something minor or trivial that will take away from your ability to focus on what's really important for your business. This may seem hard at first but with practice it will become easier over time as you realize how much more productive this will make everyone involved in the long run!
The fifth and final step is to put your trust in others that are experienced in what they do.
