The book emphasises the power of having an hour for yourself, which can be problematic in the contemporary lifestyle that chases rather than hunts. 5 AM club is not an ordinary self-help book, but it focuses on all the crucial verticals of life for development.
Every human is born with outstanding capabilities that our parents marvel upon, and sometimes we do too when we look back to our glorious past, pretending that it was something that is forgotten. We can't be our past selves again. However, the truth stands that we are as capable as we?were in the past and will be. We have just accepted the world and started living what our peers and social media told us to be.??
We made some wild fantasies that we failed to achieve and compared ourselves to hollow ideals. Your defeated self respited to the following activities.
Then came the part where your started to see yourself as the victim, and that victim was or could have made it big. The constant repetition of this thought became a habit, and we became a shadow of our past selves of what we could have become or aimed to be. One unsuccessful venture or one unsuccessful attempt or might be several bought us down to be a shadow of what could have been.
The amygdala activates fear when it senses that you are out of your comfort zone and taking risks. It panics and withdraws. Destroying talents is a natural phenomenon that goes hand in hand with the fear of failure hence getting into the same predictable patterns. There is no shame if you were doing it takes years of effort to harness these hardwire mechanisms. Start by diverting yourself from your social persona and thinking about your goals, dreams and aspirations. The morning 5 AM hour should be your hour. When your energy, concentration, willpower, talent, and time are in your hands, they will slip like sand throughout the day.??

It would help if you established rituals, i.e., repeated actions, to guide the rest of your day. However, how can you be sure that you will adopt them? For your morning rituals to be anchored in your daily life, you must rely on the power of habit! Here's how to create lasting habits:??
1. Trigger: Set your alarm clock for 5 AM or ask a friend to call.
2. Set up your ritual, doing something you love after waking up.
3. Give yourself a reward associated with the ritual. By doing it regularly, you will want to continue your good habits;?
