As you bring on an Executive Search Consultant, you should already understand the role you are trying to fill, and with that comes expectations. This is your chance to lay out all the responsibilities that you need this role to take on, as well as what you expect their growth to be in the future. Additionally, we will evaluate what kind of person you are looking for and what background and experience you wish them to have. The past and future are essential for me to find your ideal C-suite.?

Your Offer?
After expectations are drawn out, it is time to develop an offer. I will ask for a job description, benefits, salary, and any other draw-ins for prospective employees. This is essential before I look at my talent pool to ensure I provide the proper information to interested candidates. We can work together to create an offer that will stand out and be competitive with others in your industry, but it is essential for you to have an idea of what you are willing to provide first.?
The Long-Term Goals?
Similarly to providing me with a deeper understanding of your business, we will work together to establish and lay out your long-term goals for your business. Not only is it productive for you to see where you want to go, but it is ideal for me to find you a C-Suite who shares those goals and is capable of working toward them with you. In order for me to find you the perfect prospect, I need to have a clear understanding of what you want them to be working toward so I can find that motive in them.

Lastly, and most importantly, is honesty and transparency.
