What I learnt from 15 CEOs of billion dollar businesses.

What I learnt from 15 CEOs of billion dollar businesses.

In my business, I’m very fortunate to work with a variety of industries, across 32 countries, and I have been entrusted with the opportunity to provide insights, inspiration and ideas to Business Leaders globally. Just a couple of months ago I was invited to Mexico City to work with 15 CEOs of the largest direct selling businesses in the world, with a combined annual turnover of more than $70 Billion.

The men and women in this group of CEOs meet every year and this year was the first year they had an external facilitator work with them. My experience in their industry draws from working with 35 companies, presenting to 150,000 people in five countries at 105 conferences—allowing me to become an authority and an expert.

The two burning topics I was asked to present on were ...

1.    How to engage, empower and energise the next generation of Business Leaders so they are committed, compelled and connected to the business that employs them.

2.    How to take High Performers, Business Achievers and Senior Corporate Leaders who have become stuck or stale, to the next level in their career through a reset.

Do these two topics relate to your business?

Here is what I learnt ... all around the world CEOs are looking to find the edge through their people. Business Leaders have utilised technology, implemented systems, leveraged social media to build their brand and created processes that deliver consistent products. With all of this progress, people are still the X factor! Finding them, training them, developing them, maximising their potential and retaining them is where the unfair competitive edge is for you. It's so important to develop your business culture and the character of every individual!

PEOPLE ARE STILL THE X FACTOR!

Every leader in today's modern marketplace, many which can include the four generations of team members, need to become masterful at these four components and by doing so they avoid being in the chasm of confusion and stay in the corridor of clarity.
