?? How do we bottle the energy created at SKOs and keep it humming all year long?

?? Aim to truly understand what motivates the members of your team; what drives them; what they're passionate about. Relationships matter inside and out.

?? Thinking about how we improve Buyer's Confidence in Sales. Being consultative, caring, listening, delivering market information, best practices, formulas for success, offering connections. Show them the money and sell with value.

?? I have changed careers and industries 4 times; run an eight figure business unit in manufacturing; started all over from the very bottom after 20 years when that industry was decimated by imports; learned consumer marketing, then software. Been a sales exec, an overlay, a CMO, a sales leader, a GM, an entrepreneur, a thought leader and launched a podcast. So, try new things, take risks, embrace change, be unafraid, be bold. Keep fighting for your dreams.

?? If you're in a slump, control what you can control: effort, time invested, keeping a positive attitude, seeking advice, expand your work hours, things will improve.

?? Always bring value...To every interaction. Be it with a customer, a colleague, a life partner, a parent, a friend.
