What I Learned The Hard Way

It has been a while since I hired outside consulting help and I was enthusiastic because of how I heard about this individual


I had read articles in Forbes and Entrepreneur and had been wanting major media placement. However little did I know the nightmare I was setting myself to encounter.


It started normal enough general conversation and sending over my login information after my payment cleared. Unfortunately later that same day I did have to cancel and request a refund. Without any benefit derived and with a 60 day money back guarantee mentioned clearly on their payment page. I thought this shouldn't be that painful.



Little did I know this couldn't be further from the truth.

 Below are screenshots of our conversation starting from the point where I requested the refund and did my best to remain polite and civil.


I have now been waiting ten days and supposedly the refund will be processed but beginning to have my doubts about that intent.




Please let me know when refund is processed so we can both move on. Again I apologize for the attached drama my life provides. Jason

I replied to someone who was talking about me on her twitter feed as I received the notification. Apparently she thinks she owns twitter and decides who I speak to.


Maybe I pushed too hard but I take the principal of a matter very seriously.



At this point in the conversation. I did lose my composure which I am not proud of but in the interest of being upfront I am including that part as well.


I didn't say anything to you. You can't control who else I speak to I have tried really hard to be civil but I am done with that. I am including my good morning greeting with this message.

I will sue you for libel and slander so we can take this as far as you like :) I would strongly prefer you not speak to me or of me again unless it's simply a courtesy the refund has been issued then never again. I'm not trying to scare anyone just making sure your true colors are made completely visible. Should have known you were a manipulative sociopath and that most of your claims were bullshit.


At this point she calls me a little bitch and says to sue if I want I have no case then continues to play the victim card because being reminded of my refund was a huge sacrifice for her.



I was pretty angry at this point and not proud of losing my composure my wife ended up texting her to try to play peacekeeper but we are still waiting. For the supposed in process refund.


I am posting this because even if I never get my money back do not work with Kris Degioia or WTF Multimedia she is rude, unprofessional and I highly doubt she didn't pay for her own media placement. I look at this as a public service message. Thank you.

I still filed complaints with the bbb and tennesee attorney general. However i will stop openly voicing my view of her business practices.
