2 年Heather R Younger thank you for sharing your sensitive memories. A phrase that is heard occasionally is 'communicate at a ratio of two ears and one mouth'. I wholeheartedly agree tha listening is vital for genuine human connection. With listening there is gentle body-language. Not listening; often when an individual is planning an answer while supposedly listening. Real listening is empathetic. Real listening will crest confidence in the person explaining or sharing an issue or indeed a positive experience. There is sadness and happiness. A very fine account.
