  • Buy loyalty: Instead, make your customers happy to earn their loyalty and be mutually loyal.
  • Master mind games: Instead, don't play mind games or don't try to manipulate your customers. Be honest and deeply focus on solving the problem.
  • Media control: Yes, be active on social media channels
  • Rewrite history: Rewrite your strategies again and again until you find the perfect model
