What will I do next?

After leaving AT?LYE , many people ask what I do, what I will do, and how they can work with me. I am sharing this post to give a comprehensive answer to all these and to explain the services I offer and the fields I want to work on.

I am a generalist with broad knowledge across many topics and expertise in a few. A culture manager, program curator, community builder, facilitator, and writer. As a creative professional with extensive communication, programming, community building, and project management experience, I design and execute projects and programs which focuses on the creative economy. Let's see what I do.

Consultancy:

I provide strategic design and management consultancy to institutions and brands or emerging enterprises, in the field of creative economy. My consultancy areas include cultural management, strategy development, communications, community design, and program curation.

Project/Program Management:

As a certified project manager, I manage programs and projects at different scales. I carry out the end-to-end management (human, resource, time, etc.), and the harmonization of the projects with the strategy and content. From the European Union to the development agencies, from public support to a cultural institute grant, or entirely with your own resources, I can carry on any projects.

Learning Design & Facilitation:

Whether it's a learning experience or capacity building program from scratch, a module as part of the program, or a single course, I design and implement learning experiences at different scales.

Program Curation:

Programming events at different scales is an area that I have been interested in for many years. I can curate the program at different scales and types (speech, discussion, seminar, panel, conference, workshop, co-design session, walk, screening, etc.) for all kinds of public engagement.

Mukhtarship (a.k.a. Matchmaking)

Due to the breadth of my coverage and network (being a generalist helps that as well), I often receive questions about various institutions, brands, businesses, projects, programs and individuals. I often match them with each other. In the coming period, I aim to move this to a professional field and create the right impact and value by putting different efforts while making these matchmakings.

Speaking & Content Production:

I am often invited to give a speech or a seminar somewhere. I also enjoy preparing for them, and delivering these speeches. In addition, I continue to produce textual content in different mediums in areas that I am interested in and that I think should be talked about more. I have recently started to produce content in areas that I am interested in or think about, by writing different articles on LinkedIn. I think I can open more space for these in the coming period.

In addition to all these, I will continue to curate CreativeMornings Istanbul, to teach at Yeditepe üniversitesi , and to manage kültür.limited .
