Here're some steps we do together:

1. Get clear on their vision - What does their desired future look like? What does success look like for them? Who do they want to become? How do they want their identity to shift? How do they want to feel energetically?
2. Outline limiting beliefs - What is holding them back? What mind blocks do they have? What stories are they telling themselves on repeat that are limiting their potential?
3. Code in new powerful beliefs - What thoughts would you like to be having instead? What stories would their future bold and ambitious self have? What powerful statements would they like to embed?
4. Understand safety seeking behaviours - What are they doing that is getting in their way? How intentional are their actions? What do they need to do more of to step into 2.0 version of themselves?
5. Create accountability - Staying consistent is key! I become my clients’ accountability partner with regular check-ins, follow ups and in-session motivation boosters.
