What I didn't know yesterday...

One of the great things about working for a company like CoreLogic, is that every day, we learn something new, something we didn't know yesterday but will benefit our customers today?

So with this in mind I have put together some things I didn't know yesterday but could benefit you today.

• There are currently 71 Properties on the market in Bardon.
• In Spring Hill, 28 Commercial Properties have leases which will expire in the next 6 months.
• Of the almost 5,600 properties in Albany Creek, 2,082 or 37% have a swimming pool. That's more than one in three!
• In the Moreton Bay Regional Council Area there are 116 Civil Projects on the books.
• There are currently 23 Aged Care Projects due to commence in Brisbane, in the next 6 months including the 25 million dollar Sinnamon Village Care Facility at Sinnamon Park. This 5 storey, 144 bed facility is due to commence construction in late march of this year and is expected to be completed by mid 2017.
