My Time In Digimark (Digital Marketing)

The most tangible takeaways from digimark have been the past 13 blogs, and the 5 certifications. I've been able to showcase some of my knowledge and have certifications as lasting badges to show potential employers that I've been deemed knowledgeable enough to be awarded.

I now hold the following certifications:

  • Google Analytics
  • Hootsuite Platform
  • SEO - HubSpot Academy
  • The Trade Desk Edge Academy
  • Google Ads Measurement Here are some things I can now do with the knowledge I've obtained:
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. This can include creating a content marketing plan, developing social media campaigns, and optimizing the company’s website for search engines.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with the company’s target audience. This can include blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and more.
  • Use knowledge of social media marketing to manage the company’s social media accounts. This includes creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing social media metrics to improve performance.
  • Use of PPC and A/B testing to optimize websites, improve conversion rates, and create targeted ads that reach ideal audience. This can help increase brand awareness, drive more traffic to websites, and improve conversion rates.

My Time In Action

Looking through my analytics of these last 13 blogs, most of them sit between 100-200 impressions (the total number of times the post was displayed onscreen). "Are Your Clicks Nattie Bro?" is my most popular article with a whopping 585 impressions, 7 likes, and 2 comments.

As seen above I only used 4 hashtags, however I believe Mark's comment served as the largest booster to put my post on people's feeds. Mark Staton is to thank for educating #wwudigimark on all of the above. I've been able to learn a wide range of skills to help me succeed in today's digital age. Most of all I've learned new resources to help me stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tech.
