What Homeowners Want to See Before Purchasing Home Improvements

Digging into the data from our partners, we were able to see what pages of a website homeowners visit before purchasing home improvements. Take a look at the data, and use it to improve your business!

The most commonly visited pages of your website prior to a purchase include:

  1. Your homepage. This will often be visited by customers Googling your brand name. Be sure to have a crisp homepage experience, since so many customers will see it!
  2. Your About Us page. Customers want to know about your brand, so take the time and craft a great story here! (We were surprised that SO MANY homeowners visit this page - but the customer has a way of surprising you like that!)
  3. Your Reviews page. Customers want to hear what your previous customers have to say. Be sure to include reviews on your website, and have them up in the main navigation where customers can easily find them!

The general theme here is dead simple: customers want to know about you. Not the products you carry, but you and your company! Be sure to have an About Us section where you tell a compelling story about your brand, as well as a Reviews section where you host customer testimonials or point folks to where they can find your reviews.
