We are living a life full of tensions and stress as well as some moments of happiness and peace. We know that lesser you are attached to your desires, greater will be your happiness. We don't work for the attainment of the fruits of our labour but rather work for the love of the work. Do what you love, love what you do. If we don't hold on to grudges and regrets of past and learn to move on in life it becomes so peaceful. We need to learn from our past experiences and apply those lessons into our life.
If you don't let tiny obstacles of life sway you from the path of happiness then it becomes a soothing journey. Be thankful for what you have instead of burning your soul inside for what you don't have in life or what you may have lost in life. Try to find peace within yourself. If you are not happy, then no one else can make you happy. And don't rely your happiness on others you have to find it yourself within yourself. If you rely on others to make you happy then you are also bound to get a lot of pain. Just feel the happiness within yourself.
The fact is we all have different personality mechanism that will give us different effects in how we respond to certain environments and people. We all have different interests, likes and dislikes too, and these factors will combine with our personalities in determining what makes us happy or not.
And also the fact is that people have very good reasons to react with various emotions in various situations because what we have to be happy, sad, bored or fearful about are real and tangible. We fear pain (emotional and physical) for good reasons, because we're programmed to actually feel these, and these are not pleasant.
My morning ritual is two hour long process through which I consistently perform specific actions that are going to empower and ready them for the day. There is no mandatory timeline, although the longer the better. I start with meditation because the mind is already calm after a night full of sleep. Half an hour of meditation connects me to the universe. They do half an hour of Chakra balancing which balances all the seven chakras and clean my aura. This is followed by 30 mins of yoga and then 30 mins of brisk walk so this two hour regimen puts me into the day fully charged up.
The real benefit of a morning ritual is to make you feel awesome. Be aware that the amount of time needed to get into this state might differ from person to person. In any case, it doesn’t matter how long it lasts as long as it empowers you to start the day strong, it may differ from person to person how long it takes you to be ready for the day mentally and also physically without break. Stay blessed! #kishoreshintre
