After a long career working in IT, feeling a bit jaded and burnt from working in corporate environments for too long, I decided to make the plunge into my own business, choosing a franchise from Concept Claim Solutions to start my journey.

Exiting times, but what do I actually do now??

I manage property insurance claims on behalf of a policy holder from start to finish, whether it be a burst pipe, escape of water, storm damage, fire damage, whatever the cause of your loss, I take care of every aspect of your property insurance claim.

This includes surveying the site and assessing the damage, then preparing a detailed and fully costed scope of works to support the claim, managing all the paperwork and dealing with the insurance company. This includes negotiating with the insurance company funded loss adjusters to ensure a fair settlement is achieved, I'm now FCA accredited so can apply the correct levels of scrutiny on your behalf.

Once the claim is agreed I then work with our network of tradespeople to complete the reinstatement work to the policyholders satisfaction.

Basically, getting the policy holder a fair outcome whilst taking away all the hassle!

Best of all, all fees are covered by the insurance company so the policy holder typically only has to pay the policy excess.
