What the hell is GSTR 10?

A GST registration is cancelled or surrendered has to file a return in the form of GSTR-10. This return is called as final return.

When is GSTR 10 due?

GSTR 10 must be filed within three months from date of cancellation order 

What will be late fees after 31-12-20?

5000 + 5000... So total 10000..

Till 31-12-2020, Reduced Fees is Rs 250+250 only
