Did someone say #CashGrab? Apparently, nothing makes the State of #NewYork happier than taking the hard earned money of both NY and Out-of-State-Drivers when they plead guilty to traffic tickets. What makes matters worse, is that most driver's don't even know about this #assessment until long after they have plead guilty to the ticket and paid the court imposed fines and surcharges.
