After spending 30+ years in big metros across the globe recently I travelled to my native place. This was a life changing experience never thought of the changes in terms of culture, market, local economy and social circle. Based on my experience I will recommend everyone to spare some time and spend time with your own people. I will recommend every successful people to go to your roots and watch them growing, help them with your ideas that you have gained so far, I assure you that this will give you immense pleasure and sense of satisfaction of enrichment. With my experience, have decided to plan vacation every year to a small destination and vouch for the local growth, if possible record them properly and share experience with market leaders in order to bring their attention for inclusive development
