What has touched me the most

What has touched me the most

I feel really lucky to be having such varied and inspiring conversations with a number of the world's truly most unique and diverse minds that are making a real change in today's world when it comes to our health.

Every week, I am fortunate enough to be able to sit down for hours with these people and talk with them, leaving with a barrage of notes that then get crushed at the bottom of my bag. I am currently compiling my biggest takeaways of the year together, but I thought I'd start by sharing some of my favourites from season 14 while in the process - and before season 15 starts next week.

Hope these bring some joy to the end of your week.

Don't forget to subscribe to the podcast HERE as we have our new season launching next week, with a man who I had on my vision board from the day I started the show.

Excited to share it with you - and until then take some time this weekend to Live Well Be Well.
