What is the hardest lesson I've ever learned in relationships with people?

TL;DR

It is not others who are wrong, it is I who have the wrong expectation.

REFLECTION

To win, you have to work with the right people.

Everyone knows that this is the case

Yesterday I talked about the quicksand of perfectionism. Here: I couldn't work with others, they weren't "as perfect as I am".

At one point I thought how important it was to improve my way of relating, to improve empathy and listening.

A rebirth: there I realized that my purpose is to?activate talents to make the world?a better place.

During my professional life, I have worked on over 20 people with the will to help them bring out their specific talent.

There are beautiful stories to tell, but there are moments of suffering where I recognize a common matrix:?we think that others are what WE want them to be.

Each point of view is unique

I have already talked about the 4 roots framework, each one has a past that characterizes it. Too many times I have assumed that someone else had the same perspective as me

It doesn't matter what I think is good for you, but what YOU recognize

Every CEO has a problem: they are given a task with the power to inspire others to collaborate "for the good of the company."

I did not see the friction caused by my lack of perception, I thought I dared opportunities, instead I left boulders: I did not understand how someone did not consider it a?supreme?gift to be able to manage them!

You?never?know what others think of him

Our brain skips conclusions and makes us perceive as certain something we have no idea about. Step back here.

Listen, for God's sake!

"It is not a bad thing to be humble", my grandfather always said, "to let others speak first, so you will find out what he thinks". How much wisdom, thank you?nonno.

I add: "badly, you will learn something"

The other is other than you. Relax, and see the beauty of Man.
