What is the happy end of the exhibition?

What is the happy end of the exhibition?

What is the happy end of participating in the #exhibition?

For all of us, attending specialized and #commercial_exhibitions is an experience composed of meetings, excitement, conversations and sweet contracts with physical fatigue and mental pressure.

Of course, the high costs of attending the exhibition will remain in the mind of the financial and administrative #affairs of the organization.

Due to my job position, I have attended many domestic and foreign exhibitions as a visitor and participant, and I can tell you based on my experience how to make these memories sweeter.

1. Do not register after seeing the first invitation poster! The first point is to calculate the opportunity-cost for attendance. How are you and what will this exhibition give you with what percentage of probability? "Let's go, God is great" is the worst reason to start.

2. Calculate the costs of participating in the exhibition! Many of these costs are predictable. Booth construction, furniture and catering equipment, uniforms and the cost of hiring promoters, space rental, printed items such as catalogs, brochures and posters, transportation costs, possible products to introduce, advertising gifts to special guests, etc.

Don't forget that a part of the organization will be out of order due to attending the exhibition and this is a significant cost.

3. Categorize visitors! There are always people who visit exhibitions with the purpose of advertising pens. Cost them as cheap as a smile and a pen, but hunt potential customers among visitors and other attendees. Many contracts are closed at exhibitions. Don't forget your existing customers and invite them to come visit you and welcome them at the booth.

4. Pay to collect information! A large part of your target market is at trade shows. Design your desired questions and ask visitors in different ways. They don't have the interest and opportunity to fill out your forms, so think of more creative ways. Pay promoters to plow the show for you.

5. Why are you at the exhibition? Are you in the neighborhood of introducing your brand? Do you have a new product to offer? Have you come to show the power and leadership of the market? Looking to test and review the user experience of your future product? Consider different programs and costs for each of these reasons

6. Don't miss the #advertising facilities of the exhibition! But don't make a circus! Don't spend the identity and personality of your organization and brand in the makara bazaar. It will cost you a lot financially and morally, so act like a rocket launcher.

7. Take as many photos and videos as you can! Record a picture of every moment and event. These visual reports will help reduce your costs in the long run.

After the exhibition, you can please the team with a day off and then start analyzing the collected data. This information includes both the things you collected from the exhibition and the changes that occurred in virtual spaces and media during the exhibition. This #information will help you make more accurate decisions in the future.

Now, It's your turn! Tell us about your experience at the exhibition so that others can use it :)
