What happens when you say "I Can't"

Back in Time:
A young man fell asleep during math class. He woke up as the bell rang, looked up at the blackboard, and copied the two problems that were there. He assumed they were homework for the night. He went home and labored all day and night. He couldn't figure out either one, but he kept trying for the rest of the week. Finally, he got the answer to one.
The next day he brought the homework and showed it to the teacher. The teacher was absolutely stunned. It turned out the problem he'd solved was supposedly unsolvable. If the student had known that, he probably wouldn't have solved it. But since he didn't tell himself it couldn't be done, he was able to do it.
We are faced with such challenges every single day of our life. But most of us lay down our shields and embrace the failure. The failure of people telling us what not to do and what can't be done.
Our Problem:
Someone truly has said that "Your reality is what you make you make of it". Imagine someone tells you to turn the light on in a dark room. You go and look for it but you can't find it. You say 'I can't find it'. Then after few minutes you say 'I don't know where it is'. Then that someone gets up and turns on the switch. When you say 'I Can't', you actually give your brain a command not to see the switch.
In psychology, this is called 'schotoma'. Your brain stores all you actions. When you say you can't do this, you are right (according to your brain). When you say you can, you give a command to your nervous system that opens up new pathways to part of your brain that can potentially deliver the answers you need.
So the next time you face such problem, always remember that you have a Choice. A Choice of two. You can either say I Can't or you either say to yourself 'I Can' and face it, overcome it and burn it down.
