What Happens When You Are In Choppy Waters?
When we are battered from all angles from life events — the human default response is to be flooded with negative neurochemistry.
AND YET that very neurochemistry is filling us with the worst vantage point from which to blast THROUGH all the nefarious events to:
So .. what is the answer?
Well, are you the tiny boat in very choppy waters being tossed around or the Lighthouse, sturdy and emanating Light?
This is how to get to the STURDY and emanating Light:
1/ Bring your awareness to how you FEEL.
This means dropping out of the head, out of your thoughts, which are likely chaotic in these situations … into the BODY — to the EMOTION or feeling itself.?
2/ Imagine taking a step back from the feeling — and ALLOWING the feeling to be there
3/ BREATHE that feeling into the “heart-centre”, hold it there for 1-2 seconds, til you feel the feeling transmute
4/ Breathe it out
Repeat.
Repeat til completely gone.
What this does is RESET you into your Higher Self — as opposed to the “very human” self that is battered this way and that by wide-ranging emotions.
Your Higher Self: characterised by peace, Light, equanimity, is then able to set the stage for WAY better decision-making based on INSIGHT and situational intelligence: ie what is BEST for the situation.
From this new vantage point you can then use a Question — to guide you to an excellent outcome.
You can ask “What is the perfect outcome here?” and let the Answer come.
You can then see and FEEL that outcome (how would it feel to have that outcome?) and breathe it into you —- do this a few times and then you are totally replacing the negative with the beautiful and scintillating feeling of that outcome achieved.?
That energetic frequency embodied will produce a WAY better outcome for you.
