What happens when everyone in the world works with passion?

Dear beautiful people,

I’m a dreamer. Just like many of you are. And I dream that this world is a wonderful place for all of us. How do we build that world though? When I ponder on things like this, I see that one of the things that will make this world an amazing place is when all of us work with passion. Passion flows from love. We can work with passion when we love what we do, not the results but the work itself. A lot of people start businesses for wrong reasons and one of those main wrong reasons is doing it for money. I understand that money is needed but instead of doing business for money, if we do it for people with love and passion, I’m sure money will follow while adding beauty to what we do and why we do what we do. When we love people, the end users, our fellow humans, we’ll do our jobs with more passion.

A lot of people love money because they’re confused between needs and wants or are unaware that wants are unlimited. They don’t understand what’s eternal and what’s not and, what’s ultimately important for a human being and what’s not. When we love money, some may work hard or smart to earn that money. Some may take wrong paths to earn it - this explains why integrity is becoming extinct in today's day. Either case, when we work for money, at most we will make money. In the process we may help a few people. Instead of loving money, if we love people and do everything we do for people, we’ll definitely do greater good. If we look at it, everything in this world is created for people. All the products and services are fundamentally made for people. On the superficial layer, when we look at it from the outside, we’re doing it for money because we love ourselves or our families. We love our family members, we care for them and care to provide for them. So we may work hard. But when we love people, love humanity, our human race, the results will be different. When we love our fellow humans (not just our family members and close friends), we care for the entire humanity. Then we’ll care for protecting this beautiful and mysterious nature. And we’ll care for all living beings. Not only that, we’ll respect even non-living things which are created by the ones we love, the people. Anyway, keeping the agendas aside, love people, the entire human race for I tell you we are one consciousness separated by an illusion called “I”. It’s not only something I perceive but also what the ancient spirituality and philosophy preaches. Even Albert Einstein, a man of science, said, “everything is energy”. So are you and so am I and so is this Universe. Even if you don’t see it the way I see it, you gotta agree with me that when we work with passion, when we work with love, Life will be filled with beauty which no money can purchase.

I want to share with you that today I’m celebrating my one year anniversary at Sambi Pharma. In this one year journey, I’ve met many beautiful people like you who have reminded me of my purpose and working for greater good.
