What Happens In Vegas......

They say: "What Happens in Vegas . . . " - is ERGONOMICS!

At least, that is what was happening in Vegas on Oct 15 - 17th at this year's ErgoExpo in Vegas.? Once again, ergonomics was on full display with a big diverse crowd, representing Ergonomists, Ergo Program Managers, and people from HR, Benefits, Risk Management, Facilities and Ergo equipment designers, manufacturers, and distributors.??

The range of companies attending ranged from Healthcare, Tech and BioTech to the Automotive Industry and Insurance Brokers.? What everyone had in common was their love for ergonomics, curiosity to see where ergonomics is headed and to discuss the impact AI will have not just on the workplace itself, but how AI can be leveraged to provide even greater ergonomic support to companies and to employees.

The keynote topics included Occupational Ergonomics, Current Challenges and Future Directions on day one, and Integrating Artificial Intelligence for Optimal Workplace Design on day two.? Additional topics included Exoskeletons in Action for Farm Workers, How to Make Your EHS Training Suck Less, Maximizing Company Profitability by Successfully Reducing Workers Comp Claims and Ergonomics for Safe Patient Handling.? Of course, these are just a few of the tracks that ran for 3 days and covered a wide variety of ergonomic issues.

PBE is very proud to have been an exhibitor in this year's show and enjoyed exhibiting alongside our fellow colleagues in the ergo space ranging from awesome ergo chairs on display to wearable technology to help identify ergo risks, foot support, and safe shoes as well as some awesome new Ergonomic Keyboards, Mice, SitStand Tables, Laptop Risers and other cool portable ergo accessories.

All in all, it was a great show that we were thrilled to be a part of. :)?
