What happens to my projects on Heroku now?

On 25th August 2022, Heroku announced the plans to eliminate all of its free services pushing users to paid plans starting on November 28.

The Cloud PaaS will stop providing free product plans and shut down free data services starting October 26, they will begin deleting all inactive accounts and associated storage for accounts that have been inactive for over a year.

So, What's next for developers ?
