1, the viscosity of the glue is too large, or too much coating.

When the peak and lining paper bonding pressure, excess glue is extruded and attached to the peak on both sides.?In the width of the corrugated peak, the formation of a much wider than the actual needs of the glue area, with the drying of the glue and shrinkage, so that the lining paper in the corrugated peak on both sides of the pull down, so as to form a "washboard" and exposed on the surface of the corrugated mark.

Gram weight larger paper, its rigidity is larger, can resist this contraction pull, the amount of subsidence will be less, so in the use of thin or small gram weight lining paper, we should pay attention to reduce the amount of glue coating, that is, the gap between the glue roller and the glue roller is smaller, in order to reduce the "washboard" phenomenon.

2. After corrugating roller wear, the corrugating radius increases. Thus, easy to absorb more adhesive, it is easy to lead to the "washboard" phenomenon.

3. The speed of the paste roller and the lower corrugated roller is not coordinated (its speed ratio should be about 0.9:1), so the adhesive is concentrated on one side of the corrugated shoulder, causing the lining paper to shrink on one side.

4, the moisture content of the face paper is too high, causing the shrinkage of the face paper after the drying of the adhesive.
