What Happened to Tom? Part 4

How could Tom have avoided the mess he ended up in with the IRS??

Let's take a look.1st - He could have paid the tax he owed with the original tax return.

2nd- He could have sent in his tax return without payment but immediately set up an installment agreement with the IRS.

3rd - He should have opened the first that he received from the IRS and either contacted the IRS himself or hired a tax resolution specialist to contact them for him.

4th - In addition to contacting the IRS Tom would need to stay in compliance with the IRS and the terms of whatever plan they agreed to.??

Even though dealing with the IRS sparks fear in many people, it is not a good reason to ignore them.?If you are too scared to deal with the IRS yourself, hire a tax resolution specialist to step into your shoes and deal with the IRS for you.?If you or someone you know is dealing with IRS problems, contact me at 702-469-9426 or [email protected].
