What happened on the second day of PBEX 2023?

In this 7th edition we bring together the global minds of Personal Branding, many of them for the first time in Brazil and for the first time all together in one place, in one event, at the PBEX Experience.

On Sunday, we started at 9:30 am with the round table, with myself leading the conversation between William Arruda , Guillem Recolons and Luigi Centenaro , seeking to bring intercultural content, global scenarios of what is experienced in companies, universities, careers and business to the court hearing. The public's interest was enthusiastic and they had the opportunity to ask questions directly to the experts. What was supposed to be 45m went to 1h30, such was the enthusiasm and I believe that if we let it go we would still be there answering questions and curiosities!

Next we had Nancy Vázquez who came from Mexico, gave us a lecture in portuguese, making a unique connection with the audience due to her effort in speaking the language and exemplifying in practice the theme of her content, “The Future is Human and emotions in personal branding”, a force of authenticity, humanity and connection, nothing like the real example.

Patricia Dalpra , from Minas Gerais who lives in Rio de Janeiro, brought us depth and consistency in the concepts of Branding, both for Corporate and Personal Brands, through a high-level lecture, an excellent graphic presentation and I believe that the importance of Management became clear of Brand to create differentiation in the market.

We continued with a high-value content record with Roberta Santos who brought us a series of Artificial Intelligence tools to facilitate and increase the effectiveness of business results. Very didactic and exemplary, just don't do it if you don't want to!

Ana Cristina Rosa concluded the presentations in the morning and what a beautiful way to end! Her lecture Case , showed everyone the power and impact that Personal Branding had on her life and business. How it went from 95 reais to 5 million, 495 thousand reais in revenue after going through the MétodoYOU? . She inspired the room, moved everyone with her first-person account and the impacts not only financially but on her life and family. Inspiring!

And before we left for lunch we had a surprise to announce, where will PBEX 2024 be? And that's what we did, we were surprised by the invitation and decided to accept this courageous step and take PBEX to another continent, another city...what could it be? In Paris, et voliá! And we already have many experts who have said yes.

After all these emotions, lunch!

In the afternoon we reserved the icing on the cake! We would start with exclusive mentoring with William Arruda , where the audience would ask the expert any questions they wanted for 1 hour, and that's what happened! High-level questions were asked and answered live by our expert, a unique moment!

Soon after, Luigi Centenaro , the creator of the most used and popular Personal Branding tool in the world, the PB Canvas, came on stage to do what? A PB Canvas workshop where everyone in the audience could use the new version of PB Canvas for Portuguese, launched exclusively at PBEX Experience and work on their personal brand strategy for 2024.

Coming to the end of the PBEX Experience, we finish with Ilana Berenholc with her Executive Presence training. A time of much reflection, lots of interaction and real practice where everyone was able to test, experiment and evolve their presence in an impactful way.

And we concluded the PBEX by thanking everyone who contributed to making the show happen, we can be at the front, be the face, but without them it is impossible for all this to happen. They were together for 3 days! Thank you very, very much.
