What happened to my New Year Resolutions?
The end of February is upon us – time to pull out our New Year Resolutions and to assess if we are making progress to achieving them or not.
Integrity can be defined as doing what you said you were going to do when you said you were going to do it.
If you don’t link intention with a management process (“the plan”) to actively measure the actions required (“the work”) your intentions will never be more than intentions.
What were the resolutions you made a short 2 months ago?
Do you have a plan to measure your progress on your journey to keep your commitments to yourself?
What action steps have you taken to give yourself the realistic chance this year to surprise yourself and to honor the resolutions you made so willingly in January?
“Plans are only good intentions unless they immediately degenerate into hard work” – Peter Drucker

1 年Because I had such a phenomenal mentor, I had only 3 goals for this Year and by the 15th of February, completed 2. The third one is proving to be a little harder, but perseverance and dedication is key, along with gratitude and appreciation.. Thank you, Sir.
