What happened to the dreamer in me?

Good morning.
Last Sunday, I shared a story about how I went from learning to teaching a methodology that will produce quantum leaps in your life if followed.
I want to draw your attention to three keywords in that opening paragraph to kick off this.?Learning to teaching.?Those three words are exactly what a quantum leap is all about.
Let me explain and for you scientists out there, please humor me...
The idea of a quantum leap has its foundation in the most advanced science conceived - quantum physics. Physicists observe that the most foundational element of the universe (atoms) make jumps without any apparent effort. They make jumps from point A to Z, skipping all the steps. Scientists have channeled this study to put things like the lasers and cell phones in our hands.
But, there is more to this for you as a person!
We as humans are made of those very same atoms, and we are capable of the very same jumps. Those jumps on the achievement ladder or whatever you truly desire are quantum leaps!
I believe that this is 100% accurate, and I think you will agree that this chosen perspective is a far more exciting and delicious perspective to have over not believing it.
Are you with me?
I think, though, that the proof is there.
As children, we were risk-takers, experimenters, voyagers, dreamers, and challengers. But, as we get older, most of us lose our innate ability to dream, strive, take risks, experiment, build the airplane while flying it, to jump in the creek without the paddle.
As we get older, we stand on the banks of that creek and think about all that can go wrong, and time just passes us by.

At best we choose to believe that progress happens incrementally.
The lizard (logic) brain dominates the emotional brain that once drove us forward in quantum leaps.
We conform!
I would like to challenge you with two exercises to conclude this installment.
Next...
Turn on your thinking apparatus and write down some ideas. Better yet, reply and fill me in. Believe it or not, I am here on the other side of this article and would love to hear from you. I will reply!
Next week I will share with you the next steps.
And if you want to get serious about all of this and move it from information to transformation, I am mobilizing a study group where we will be making quantum leaps happen in real-time. Find a way to get a hold of me if you want more information.
Have a great week, and let's start dreaming again.

2 年still open to hearing more, I believe in this, these quantum leaps can be accomplished if we move and push forward with desire and inspiration.

2 年Which way is really harder or smarter 10 x better or 10 percent better? And are you better off listening to others or are you better off figuring it out on your own. Would either way be considered the smarter way to do things and get you ahead faster. I think ?? it’s better to listen to people but when you’re soo used to trying to figure it out on your own kinda anyway I mean I do naturally get advice from people but I don’t always take it because I don’t always trust it. So I sometimes have people who I know I can trust who lead me until I learn to trust. But I also have Jesus who guides me in all things. But the harder way out isn’t always the smarter way out just my opinion. And sometimes you do have to figure things out for yourself instead of listening to soo many different opinions.

2 年Personally I have been studying what holds us back from our dreams. All the elements of self sabotage and what we can do to turn that around. Very exciting study as when you understand it, then any dream is possible.
